Our premium venison goulash is made from tender venison leg, slowly braised and refined with cream in a rich, dark meat stock. Wild mushrooms, cranberries, and a hint of red wine lend the dish its typical Nordic depth. Juniper and bay leaf add a subtle, slightly bitter note.
The rich cream sauce is aromatic and well-balanced – full-bodied, but not heavy. An honest game dish with character and substance.
